If you are living with a disability, mobility may be one of your many struggles and can significantly limit you when it comes to getting around.

For many people, getting to appointments and social events can be a real challenge-leading some to feel helpless or isolated.

Our safe and reliable team at Heartland Support Services can support you and ensure you can always get where you need to go.

At Heartland Support Services, we know social connectedness is vital to someone's overall well-being. With social and community participation, we'll ensure people stay engaged with their local community through various recreations and activities.

Heartland Support Services can work with you to find a solution for your travel needs. We will make sure you can get where you need to go safely and on time.

We can arrange support to enable you to:

• Visit loved ones
• Engage in the community
• Engage in social activities
• Improve your networks
• Attend appointments
• Engage in everyday activities

 

Our friendly team can also accompany you on public transport and help build your capacity to travel independently.

For participants that cannot travel independently, we can arrange private transport options, or one of our support workers to transport you in their own car.
