Personnel support Assistants might work at clients’ homes, residential care or hospice facilities, adult day care centres, or senior centres. They might visit several clients a day or be assigned to one specific client. Shifts can vary, but most support workers are expected to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays

Disability Support Workers could be responsible for transporting disabled individuals to therapy or doctor appointments and take them shopping and completing other chores. Provide assistance to individuals with physical, developmental or cognitive disabilities.
