It is essential for a person’s mental well-being to participate in community activities. Studies have proven that group/centre activities can better the physical and emotional condition of participants. Heartland Support Services looks to promote social engagement by providing community, social and recreational activities. These group and centre-based activities enable participants to build and establish meaningful relationships with their peers.
We understand the challenges that people with a disability face day in and day out and that is why at Heartland Support Services our flexibility will enable us to meet the participant’s needs and demands.
